One Stop Training and Consultancy (OSTC) was initiated in 2003, by a group of business and hospitality Professionals. The Director of OSTC is a certified professional from the Malaysian Ministry of Education and is currently in charge of ensuring quality assurance for the company. This company is based in Kuala Lumpur and their main interest is to provide Quality Training and Consultancy especially for hotels, restaurants and businesses.
The management is committed to provide training in hospitality as well as other areas and assist the management of the establishment to achieve excellent human capital productivity. Employees, who are the pillar of organizational growth, need to be constantly supported with proper guidance through customized training and development programmes.
Furthermore, we have been approaching training programmes analytically by engaging dedicated and well-qualified consultants to conduct the training sessions requested by our customers. We strongly believe that training programmes should not be a short-term approach but instead, a continuous learning process.
Programmes conducted are carefully designed in order to meet the organisations’ expectation and is geared towards nurturing our participants to build an interest in learning through various approaches in accordance to the needs.

Senthil Ilangovan
CHA, FMP, MBA
Senthil is the President and Chief Operating of OSTC. He has 25 years of experience in setting and managing hotels. His experience is also develop concept and brand development for the owners. His experience makes him to share his experience with the new managers in the industry. Senthil has successfully opened many hotels in Malaysia and other country. He is also specializes in Hotel Revenue Management and also business consultancy. His vast experience local and abroad develop his strong personality.
Vice President of Hotel Operations
Sivanesan Subramaniam
Siva is a season hotelier where he starts his career in 1990. With 28 years of experience he is very well verse in many areas expcially in F&B, Rooms Division and also Revenue management. He is also worked abroad prior to Malaysia which is in USA, Sri Lanka and Europe. He hold general manager’s position in many international and local chain hotel. He has turn around the hotels from non-profitable hotel to better GOP hotel. In 2011, Sabah Tourism Board awarded him the Best General Manager of Four Star hotel. This has certify Siva as the Best General Manager of his expertise.
